Trans Healthcare Now badge

Trans healthcare is in absolute shambles here in Ireland. I know it's not looking too positive in so many other parts of the world too... Trans people need your allyship right now, and they need more then empty words and annual "trans people are people" tweets. We need action, uplifting, and allies to fight alongside us.
