Housing is a human right! No matter who you are, where you are, and how much money you have - we all need somewhere to call home. And with this ever-escalating Irish housing crisis, it can all feel quite hopeless sometimes - but there's a growing movement that's fighting for housing to be constitutionally recognized as a human right, strengthening the protections that the people of our nation will have to a house.

In the coming years, it will be interesting to see how this develops. Can we dare be hopeful? I think we need to, so we can keep the revolutionary spirit burning strong in our activism. Seeing as the right to housing is included in eighty-one Constitutions across the world - it's about time we see some action on this here too.
